InkaDesign’s Vision – and a little about Marianne
Aim and Vision
My aim is not only to give you a beautiful piece of jewellery, but also to give you the history behind the jewellery, knowledge about the spiritual motifs and about the colours and the stones behind the jewellery.
Therefore it is important to me to give you a
unique piece of jewellery,
which either appeals to your spirituality
or merely to your eye.
Who am I
I have been staying in Peru during the periods April to May 2011 and June to July 2013 and I fell completely in love with the country, its culture, and the Inkas’ energy work, faithful towards the old Inka tradition. Not with the purpose of keeping up an old tradition, but simply because it works.
I have been trekking in the mountains, been camping in the height of 5,100m, found out how much noise an avalanche makes when it is rolling down a mountain, been participating in ceremonies with shamans, paqos/qero priests and a lot of other things.
Of course, I have fallen completely in love with all these incredibly beautiful and unique, hand-made pieces of jewellery. Far the most of them have spiritual motifs, and every stone and colour have a specific meaning.
I have found out that everything forms a synthesis.
Ceremonies, symbols, power animals, the 3 personal strengths, the 3 worlds, and all the other exciting elements. Suddenly, it gave me so much meaning, and all this together has contributed to form the person I am today.
