This page will tell you about the terms and conditions for sale and delivery of our products that are sold in our online shop, and the use of this. Please read these terms and conditions before you shop at our online shop. At ordering of our products on our online shop, you accept to be committed to these terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions of sales and delivery shall be in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act in force at the time of the sale and delivery in question.
At www.InkaDesign.net it is possible to make an order 24 hours a day – 365 days a year.
The employees at InkaDesign are happy to answer queries regarding products and delivery time before you purchase any item through our online shop. If you have any queries for items not shown on the online shop, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail. Our e-mail address is: email@example.com
All prices on our online shop are in Euros or Danish Crowns incl. 25 % VAT and other taxes, but excluded shipping costs. The prices are current prices. Subject to: Currency changes, force majeure, delivery failures, tax changes, sold out items and typographical errors. However, it shall be subject to availability and obsolete items as well as prolonged delivery and failure to deliver items from our suppliers. .
Pictures and product descriptions: There can be a different between the showed pictures on our website and online shop (especially the colours depending on where on the coral/crystal it’s been carved) and the actual look of the items.
All orders will automatically be confirmed by email.
Delivery, Shipping and Freight:
As a customer, you will be responsible for the correct typing of your name, address, and email in order to secure that the item of jewellery will be forwarded correctly.
We ship with Post Denmark or DAO. Their terms and conditions cover the shipments, which mean that once the package is in the hands of Post Denmark/DAO, they are responsible for the package arriving intact and undamaged.
Jewellery from InkaDesign will be sent in a bubble envelope as an insured shipment directly to your address.
All pieces of jewellery will be delivered in a solid jewellery box.
In case items are out of stock, we will contact you and agree whether you want to wait for the item being available again. Should there be any delays in shipping InkaDesign cannot be held liable. Please note that deliveries to Bornholm and other islands can often take up to 3 days.
We ship to following countries and the prices for shipping are:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and United Kingdom.
Rest of Europe
Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Iceland, Croatia, Montenegro and Russia.
Rest of the world
Australia, Canada, Japan and USA.
The order will be shipped within 2 working days from the day where the payment appears on our account. Don’t forget to state your order number in connection with your payment if you pay by bank transfer.
Standard time of delivery: 4 to 8 weekdays.
During holiday periods or on bank holidays, the time of delivery may vary.
In case your payment has not been received within a period of 8 days after ordering, your order will be considered as annulled unless otherwise agreed.
You will receive an invoice together with the piece of jewellery and a confirmation of your payment. The invoice can also be downloaded from www.InkaDesign.net.
Track and Trace
We ship all items by parcel post which makes it possible to track the package if any problems arise. We always pack items safely in order to minimize the risk of damaged cargo. The items are insured during shipment, and upon receipt please check the package contents.
Damaged Package on arrival
If the items are damaged upon receipt, please report this to the shipping company. InkaDesign is not responsible for items damaged during transport.
Within 3 days of receipt, you must inform InkaDesign in writing and return the damaged items to us.

All products found on our website are hand-made in silver. We do not use gilded silver. The silver level is minimum Sterling Silver. 925 and maximum 0.999 fine silver. Most often 950. We work with well-known silversmiths in Peru, and each piece of jewellery has a silver stamp.

Venue for any such dispute shall always be the business premises of InkaDesign.net in Denmark. Thus, any dispute shall be settled according to Danish Law.

InkaDesign receives payment for the jewellery as follows:
When you pay with credit card, you are always protected against abuse, and you have the option to refuse payment when you receive your payment statement. There are no risks in case your card is misused in an Internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
You are thus better protected than in the physical world where you are responsible for a limited amount yourself if your credit card is being misused by using the pin code. The data you submit in connection with purchases paid with credit card is encrypted (SSL, and it is only Teller (the payment transfer company) that can read them. Neither the employees at InkaDesign nor others have the opportunity to read the data. The payment for purchased items is deducted only when the items are shipped from InkaDesign. We reserve the right to cancel a transaction if incorrect prices are shown on the website as these are automatically calculated. The booking confirmation you receive by mail is a copy of the cart and not our acceptance that the transaction will be completed.
PayPal is quite as safe as ordinary homebanking.
Pay online through PayPal, it is easy and safe. If you choose this payment option, PayPal’s website will open up.
Here you can pay directly with an international credit card (Visa or Master Card).
Purchase without sharing your financial information.
When you pay by PayPal, the number of your credit / cash card or your bank account will never be shown to the vendor or the distributor. Your financial information will remain protected.
In principle, PayPal functions as an intermediary if you wish to send or receive money through the internet.
The payment buttons of the webshop will guide you to PayPal where you may choose to pay with your credit card or open a PayPal account to be used in connection with the payment.
You do not need to open a PayPal account if you do not have any in advance.

Please note that bank transfers are not subject to the Danish statutory legislation as to objections concerning credit cards, but the same Danish rules in connection with the right to annul a purchase will of course be valid for these orders.
Terms and Conditions
In connection with any purchase from InkaDesign.net, these terms and conditions shall be in force.
The below mentioned terms and conditions of trade shall be valid in connection with all kinds of trade, unless other agreements in writing have been entered.
All prices are including 25% Danish VAT.
We make reservations as to sold out items, typing and spelling errors, price adjustments, if any, alterations or modifications from suppliers, variations in materials together with delays which will be outside InkaDesign’s control.
Colours may vary on the photos, the silver will always be 950 sterling silver.
Right of Return
You can also cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the package. When you cancel your purchase, the purchase price will be returned to your bank account as soon as we have received the returned items and verified that it meets the rules for cancellation. Therefore, it is important that we receive the registration number and account number of your banker as well as a copy of your order confirmation, copies of any previous correspondence etc.
Regretting the purchase
If you, contrary to expectation, should regret your purchase, you will have – after the date from receipt of the item – 14 days of right to return on all items of jewellery, bought with InkaDesign. Always provided, that the price label is intact on the item in the very same condition and quantity, and you have made an application through the contact page of the website, within a period of 8 days from receipt of the order. Do not forget to state the order number and the number of your bank account in connection with any application.
In case you wish to make use of your right of return, you will have to pay for the postage yourself in connection with the return of the item. You will have to return the item within a maximum of 14 days from the notice of the annulment of the agreement; in case any problems should arise in connection with the freight of the return of the item, InkaDesign will demand a documentation of the return of the items.
Do not forget to wrap your item of jewellery in a careful way.

Complaint and Warranty
Pursuant to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, InkaDesign.net grants a two-year complaint / warranty period within which notice must be given of any lack of conformity of goods, including any error or defects as to manufacture or material, which have been demonstrated at the standard application of the item in question.
This means that you can either get an item repaired or replaced, get your money back or receive a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation and provided the complaint is justified and the defect is not caused by an incorrect use of the item or other injurious behavior. A deficiency is a mistake that has been present at the time of delivery – typically manufacturing and/or material defects.
The right to complaint does neither cover errors, defects, damage, nor wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by a wrongly operation, poor maintenance, ordinary wear and tear, violence, or any unauthorized interference.
In case of any errors, defects, or faults at a delivery from InkaDesign.net, contact to us should be made as quickly as possible by mail or by telephone. Where you wish to make a complaint about an item of jewellery, please state – and on demand – show how the error, the defect, or the fault manifests itself.
If you discover a defect on the delivered goods, then you must make your claim within 24 months. Please submit a declaration about the defect of the item. InkaDesign.net cannot be held responsible for loss of customer data, unless it follows directly from the Danish legislation. Therefore it is important to take a copy of all data. To the extent InkaDesign.net might be liable, the liability is limited to the direct loss and does not cover indirect losses such as lost wages, transportation costs, business interruption, installation costs. When you wish to complain about an item, you usually must send it to us to the above mentioned address.
In case you have had a wrong item, we will refund you for the freight costs in connection with the return of the item.
Please include a copy of the invoice when you return items. The purchasing date should appear on it, or else will the item be stand-by until a copy is send.
Return of items shall also take place to this address – please note that we do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
Please enclose a copy of your invoice together with your registration number and bank account number for the bank transfer. Do not forget to save your postal receipt for documentation of the return of the items to us.
In connection with any complaints, InkaDesign.net will bear the return costs to a reasonable extent.
In the event of any agreed reduction, returned items, or any prepaid items, which are annulled before shipment, a whole or partial refunding of the purchase sum will be made. Refunding will normally take place by means of a bank transfer and therefore, InkaDesign.net will need information about your registration number and account number of your bank account. This information will not sensitive and may just be stated per email or in another traditional way of correspondence.
At no time, personal information, registered on InkaDesign.net will be transferred, sold, or made accessible to any third party. All information will be stored in a safe way and will only be accessible to trusted employees at InkaDesign.net.
